Ossipee Mountains Habitat for Humanity

This year our affiliate was chosen to participate in a week long event where women come together to make a difference.  It is very exciting to be a part of an important group at HFHI.  The program is Women Build.  Started five years ago, this unit within HFHI coordinates volunteer builds where the participants are 75% women. On the fifth anniversary of this successful program, there will be a Women Build event in all 50 states the week of May 5 to 12.  We are proud to represent NH! 

Alot can be accomplished in one day by a serious and dedicated group of women.  Together with Lowe's, Rochester, NH, we plan to have a fun day of work at the home in Wakefield.  (See more about the day in the WOMEN BUILD tab.)
